How it works.

Advisory work starts from your actual numbers, not a template. Because the records sit in Xero or QuickBooks, we can test a question properly: what happens to cash if you hire, what a price rise really does to demand you can afford to lose, whether the new contract makes money once you cost it honestly.

Some of it is structural. Choosing between sole trader and limited company is the classic, and the answer moves as profits and plans do; our guide to sole trader versus limited company sets out the trade-offs. Structure questions usually pull in tax, so this service works hand in hand with tax planning.

And some of it is simply a standing conversation. Plenty of clients book a session when something big is coming: a second location, a key hire, an approach to buy the business.
